Fresh off the release of their second album, 'Surface Tension', a conceptual story which features the hit Feels Good, with Jem Cooke on vocals, Audiojack are entering what might be called the major phase of their career. This, of course, is not to diminish the solid reputation they have built over the last fifteen years as DJs, producers, remixers and label curators with original releases on labels like Crosstown Rebels, 2020Vision and Hot Creations, remixes on labels including Moon Harbour, B-Pitch Control and Diynamic, and artists like Underworld, Groove Armada and Hot Since 82 who have enlisted their talents for remixes.

Starting out on Ralph Lawson’s 2020Vision recordings in 2006, the label in which they released their debut album ‘Radio’ and several bestselling EPs including ‘Get Serious’ and ‘No Equal Sides’, in 2016 they signed to Jamie Jones’ infamous Hot Creations label with the heavily played ‘Vibrate’ EP, and subsequently joined up with Damian Lazarus and his Crosstown Rebels crew - starting out with ‘Turya’ which brings the words of a guided meditation into a club setting, then ‘Implications’, one of many of their collaborations with Kevin Knapp on vocals, followed by ‘Reverie’ featuring the voice of Osho which became one of the bestselling tracks of 2018, cementing their position as Crosstown Rebels bestselling artist in recent years. It was therefore a natural decision to release their sophomore album ‘Surface Tension’ on the imprint in 2021.

Audiojack also release on other prominent labels, including 8bit, Dirtybird, Knee Deep in Sound, Do Not Sleep, Systematic and their own Gruuv imprint. Running their own dancefloor focused label Gruuv since 2010 has provided an alternative home for their original music. EPs such as ‘Stay Glued’ and ‘These Days’, plus their remake of Jaydee's classic 'Plastic Dreams', were received with critical acclaim. The label has garnered a reputation for nurturing the best talent, both new and old, counting Emanuel Satie, David Mayer, Marc Romboy, Stimming, Joyce Muniz, Whitesquare and Gorge amongst its catalogue.

It’s Audiojack’s passion for DJing which has always driven their desire to produce music, from day one. With over two decades behind the decks, they craft their sets with energy and panache. Accolades include a nomination in DJ Mag’s Best of British awards and mixing the legendary Essential Mix on BBC Radio 1. Over the last fifteen years they’ve toured in hundreds of cities in over sixty countries. Remaining true to their beliefs and staying relevant without being contrived is at the core of Audiojack's success. The duo never rests on their laurels, reinventing themselves whenever necessary, always in an organic manner. In today's fast-paced, ever growing electronic music world it's not always easy to keep a cool head and maintain credibility and integrity. Audiojack stand proud as an example of how to do things the right way.

Koopmusik, or Koop for short, didn’t find his love for music until later in life when the Pittsburgh native discovered electronic music as a way to help him escape his 9 to 5 job. His passion for music and obsessive curiosity led him to countless clubs and festivals around the globe, helping to cultivate his characteristic sound. Koop draws heavy influences ranging from progressive & organic house to deep tech & melodic techno yet always balancing melody, emotion, and groove. Although the broader range of melodic stylings, one thing for certain is Koop doesn’t veer too far away from something that “thumps”. After years of DJing parties on the east coast and across the midwest, performing at regional festivals, producing his monthly podcast ReKooperate Radio, and curating events with Longturn Music, Koop is making that musical escape his reality.

Koopmusik has been called upon to support the likes of Chris Lake, Jody Wisternoff, Justin Martin, Nora En Pure, Amtrac, Kill Frenzy, Eli Escobar, Enamour, EDX, Simon Doty, Oona Dahl, Nhii, Rinzen, and more. When live events shut down in 2020, Koop began to refine his production talents in the studio. Already seeing results with releases on the likes of Data Transmission, Andhera Records, Fruity Recordings, Deep Tech Recordings, MK837, Club Rapture, and Suprematic Sounds. Koop has been preparing his catalogue with an abundant supply of original music ready to reveal on his adventures around the world.

In the era when America's Rust Belt got its name, factory workers labored on a 12-hour day or night shift for two weeks straight. To switch shifts, one group would have to work 24-hours straight and cover the labor gap. This grueling shift became known as the Longturn. Longturn music was founded to give people with day jobs a space to spend their second shift. No bottle service, no passwords, just a dance floor filled with good people and good music.

Come early, stay late, dance hard
